This leadership development workshop is based on the book “The Leadership Challenge” by Kouzes and Posner. It includes a pre-session 360 feedback component and a post-session 360 several months later, content and exercises designed to increase a Medical Director’s capacity to connect, engage and lead their team. The workshop has seven modules: an opening module to set the course for learning about leadership and individual results of the LPI, a module for each of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and a closing application/action planning module.
